At Maidstone Dental, we offer big city services with a small-town touch in the heart of Maidstone, Saskatchewan, just 35 minutes east of Lloydminster. We are currently looking for a professional, enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our dedicated team led by Dr. Erin Ellis. If you are passionate about providing excellent dental care in a fun, friendly, and caring environment, we would love to meet you!
Responsibilities:
• Perform dental hygiene services and preventive care, including teeth cleaning, scaling, root planning, and polishing.
• Be the front-line leader of our perio program.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
• Administer local anesthesia (if certified).
• Conduct digital radiography and intraoral photography.
• Implement and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Registered, or eligible for registration, with the Saskatchewan Dental Hygienists’ Association.
• A commitment to continuous education and professional development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure a pleasant patient experience.
• Previous experience in a dental office is beneficial but not mandatory.
